Project Overview

This project proposes the development of a mixed-use building in Salt Lake City, designed to address the city’s evolving demographic profile and pressing housing needs. Objectives

• Enable Policy Innovation: Align the project with ongoing policy reforms to demonstrate how flexible land-use codes and streamlined development processes can encourage efficient urban growth.
• Support Community Infrastructure: Incorporate commercial, retail, and public space to foster walkability, access to services, and economic opportunity within the neighbourhood.
