This east-facing house, surrounded by residences on all three sides is a compact site with 200 sqm. The major challenge was to incorporate all the area programs, without losing the experiences and luxuriousness of the zones. It comprises of an office, store, four car parks, four bedrooms, two livings and terrace multipurpose areas.
